Affordable apartment rentals for seniors and the mobility impaired

Saint Mary’s Plaza is a beautiful building situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in downtown Lynn, MA. We provide high-quality affordable rental housing for seniors and the mobility impaired. Our building is a beautifully renovated former elementary school on the Saint Mary’s Church campus. Today it houses 99 apartments as well as community rooms, libraries, computer rooms, and laundry facilities. Some apartments feature balconies, and many have great views, including some ocean views.

Saint Mary’s Plaza is just 20 minutes from Boston. It’s a short walk to local shopping, restaurants, banks, and the Post Office; and it’s just a short ride to Shore Drive, Kings Beach, and Red Rock Park. Public Transportation is close by at Lynn Station (MBTA) and the Lynn-to-Boston Ferry Line.

We share the Saint Mary’s Church campus with Saint Theresa House, which provides high-quality affordable rental housing with enhanced supportive services.

Housing is made affordable through a Section 8 Contract with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rent levels vary depending on household income, and eligibility restrictions apply.
